Backup of ECHO vault root control docs as they existed before the 0.5.0 self-bootstrap migration (2026-06-07). These were deleted from the live vault; their logic now lives in the echo-memory plugin. README.md here is the OLD verbose version (replaced in-vault by a thin signpost).
